The more air bubbles you have in your concrete, the weaker its structural integrity when it hardens. A concrete vibrator is a concrete tool that produces stronger concrete by vigorously shaking the concrete right after you pour it to eliminate the air bubbles or air pockets. A vibrating table provides a reliable means of compaction for precast concrete and has the advantage of offering uniform compaction. Following are the advantages of table vibrator: Leaner mix of concrete can be used to achieve the same strength. Hence it results in saving cement up to 10 to 15 % and better strength.
The Vibro System is consisting of Twin Shaft Synchronised Vibrators are fixed on Vibrating Table. The Vibration frequency and amplitude is adjusted as per the products and material automatically with the help of Control Panel. Also, this system is supported by shock absorbing pads between vibrating table and main frame of the machine.
