The Production Capacity of the machine ranges from 7000 bricks/shift to 40,000 bricks/shift with all variants classified on the basis of Production Capacity and its level of Automisation.

The machines having robust frame structure are designed and manufactured with heavy steel plates of 50mm, 30mm, 20mm thickness depends on Hydraulic Pressure, Production Capacity and Frequency of Vibration.

The complete Machine consists of the different components to make the production process fully atomised. These components are Pan Mixers, Conveyor Belt System, Box Material Feeding System, Moulds, Hydraulic Press Machine, Power Pack, Control Panel, and Automatic Palletisation System.
