Batching Plant is another product designed by Karmyog Hi-Tech Machineries which is used for proper proportionate weigh of Raw Material distribution.
Batching plant is the three bin weighing machine which will comes in fully automatic model of flyash brick or paver making machine. Batching plant consist of three bins with 8 ton capacity in each bin where all the required raw materials in a pre-define proportion weighed and transferred equally to each pan mixer with the help of material seperation system and conveyor belt system. At the same time the cement is weighed separatly and transferred to Pan mixer through srew conveyor. All functions are controlled automatically with control panel.
