Karmyog Hi Tech Machinery give support to the customer for Machine Installation at site. When Machine deliver at site, our Site Engineer reach within 24 hours of Dispatch with co-ordination with customer and install the machine at the site with all checks and measures necessary to run it smoothly.
Operator and labor training:
Once the plant is installed at the customer’s site our service engineer will give full Training to the Machine operator Complete knowledge of plant Operation, What to do and what not to do to run the machine smoothly. Our On Site Training include live demo and complete knowledge of Machine to the Operator and Labor both.
One-year free service:
Karmayog Hi tech Machineries provide one year Free Service Support to the customer in case of any inconvenience or breakdown position. Our Service Engineers within the regular interval called at the customer and take feedback of running condition of Machine and Plants. As per our record till now not a single complain received in initial years of machine installation for any issue and this is our strong quality assurance support to our customer.
On call guidance available:
In the field of Machinery, this the first time ever, Karmayog differ from other to always available for support on call guidance for their customers. We give on call support for technical discrepancy or any issue occur at the site in our Machineries.
Supply of spare parts and logistics:
Karmayog Hi Tech Machineries supports their customer by providing Spares as and when required. We only provide our Original Spares to our Customer after checking all problems and issues occur in Machines delivered by us. Our Spares can be provided after proper checking and identified the issue in our plant by our engineers and subject to the all needed approval from Quality Checks.
